A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

TROY HAMBRIC - is a certified personal trainer and licensed physical therapist assistant with a strong athletic and fitness background. She grew up playing and loving a variety of sports, and then eventually turned basketball into her passion. Troy played division I basketball at Loyola University Chicago where she set the school record for number of blocks in a game and averaged a double-double her senior year.

Troy progressed her career to the next level by attending the WNBA combine and landed her first professional job playing in Puerto Rico. Her passion remained strong, but her basketball career was short lived due to a back injury that did not allow her to continue in a performance role.

Troy then began coaching high school girls and boys basketball at the varsity level in Chicago as a way to guide the youth on their paths to their athletic careers. It was through coaching that Troy discovered she had the ability to inspire and encourage people to develop and grow and then pursued a certification for Personal Training with the American Council on Exercise to extend her knowledge and passion to everyone.

Through Troy's own fitness journey, she created her philosophy that every person deserves to be their healthiest and happiest selves that can be attained through fitness and nutrition.

She carries that philosophy with her and applies it to many aspects of her life and in others.

While currently residing in Atlanta, GA, Troy practices as a licensed physical therapist assistant where she strives to improve the quality of life for others. She often trains with patients who have discharged from their rehab programs to help them continue their journey towards happiness. Troy is absolutely passionate about helping others and looks forward to helping you get started!
